I agree because sometimes we don't need so much water and other people need it more than us. I believe that having enough water for my house use is fair. Sometimes, people with a lot of water in their house, waste it in unnecessary things!
I'm a kind of agree with Adrian, because I feel that people should take care of water because as you know, water in our times is becoming harder and harder to get it, so people shouldn't waste much water on washing streets or cars, but I think that's not the real problem.
I believe that the government must regulate the amount of water consumption for multinational companies like coca - cola, etc. These kind of companies are the real problem.
